1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, provided the item is in stock. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. We will send you an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery dates, CorumPrecision is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as shipping carrier delays or customs processing.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Orders above a certain value may qualify for free shipping promotions. Please refer to our website for current promotions and specific details.
4. International Shipping
We are proud to offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and additional fees that may be incurred upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and they vary depending on the destination country’s import regulations.

5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international regions. If your address falls under one of these categories, please contact our customer service team at info@corumprecision.com to discuss alternate shipping options.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.
7. Missing or Damaged Items

8. Shipping Insurance
While CorumPrecision takes great care to ensure that your watch arrives in perfect condition, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. This will protect you in case of loss or damage during transit. Shipping insurance can be added during checkout for eligible orders.
9. Change of Address
